I was looking for bar stools that meant certain specifications and found all of them at the Bar Stool Superstore, at a price less than what I would have paid for stools meeting only some of my specific needs.

We really like the bar stools, however the only drawback that we have encountered is that the way the legs are finished at the bottom, leave the stools slightly uneven. We have placed little pads on the bottom to try to make them more stable, but the pads all have to be placed at different angles and are a little unsightly. Other than that the stools are beautiful, solid and very comfortable.

The stools are not at all the color that is pictured. They are a definite chestnut brown on the darker side.
They are heavy and sturdy, but the quality varies from stool to stool. Some pieces are not stained, others are, the height on the foot rests/stretch bars is different on three of the four stools we purchased. There are random holes in places that you can't see, but it really speaks to the quality.

Within two weeks we had spills and ball point pen ink on the fabric and it cleaned up perfectly! Just as adverstised. Sturdy so you dont feel like you're going to fall over when it leans back; quiet and soft--a quality product at a price that beats the pants off of the store!

I am disappointed in this product. I have had my bar stool for less than a year and already the cross pieces on the legs have come unglued.

These stools fit perfectly under my new kitchen island bar overhang. They compliment the colors of the cherry cabinets, granite counter and the murano glass pendant lighting to a tee. The only thing I would have liked even better was if the wrought iron frames were not painted black but left a more natural metal look. They are sturdy, well made, and easy to assemble. The suede-like seat covers are a great warm color; I'm not sure how that material will hold up after years of use but so far they look fabulous.
Chairs were packaged well and delivery was prompt.
